Bonuses and rewards on Stil are discretionary. Eligibility is assessed per player and per campaign, and may change over time.

The criteria we take into account include:

The Welcome Bonus is a one-time offer for new accounts.

Weekly Bonuses are offered to eligible players and are claimed from the rewards area or from the link we send you. Unclaimed weekly bonuses expire at the end of their claim window.

Monthly Bonuses are campaign-based and communicated by email. The email contains a claim link only; the amount is confirmed when you claim it in your account.

Reload bonuses are time-limited offers that become available in your rewards area. Each reload has its own claim window and, where applicable, its own wagering terms.

Rakeback accrues from eligible wagering and can be claimed from your rewards area. Rakeback is credited as cash unless stated otherwise in the campaign.

Level Up Bonuses are granted when you reach a new VIP level. They must be claimed within the period shown in your account.

Freespins are issued for specific games and have a fixed spin value and validity period. Winnings from freespins may be credited as cash or as bonus funds depending on the campaign, and may be capped.

Freebets are used in full on a single betslip and cannot be partially used. Minimum odds and market restrictions may apply. The freebet stake is not returned with winnings.

Bonus Drop codes are campaign-specific, may be limited in quantity and may be restricted to selected players. A code can be used once per eligible account.

Identity verification may be required before a bonus is credited, converted or withdrawn. A bonus may be placed under review before it is finalised. While a bonus is under review, cash play may require cancelling the bonus first.

Every bonus has a claim window and a usage period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically, and expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

One bonus per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. Multiple accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage-style play and any attempt to extract guaranteed value from a promotion are prohibited and may result in the bonus and any related winnings being cancelled.

Stil may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion, and may amend this policy at any time. Where a decision concerns eligibility or a review outcome, Stil's decision is final. This policy is read together with the Terms of Service.
